Well it is not what I expected but a good unit the battery only lasts 3 days not what is stated, none of the readings are instantaneous you have to manually go to the settings and do the test the that takes a short while, I Want to see these reading instantaneously eg the heart rate to change as the heart changes, also the reading is lower than actual tested against several other devices.
